Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can use it on our courier partner’s website to see your parcel’s live status. If you haven’t received your tracking details within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order, or need any help, just contact us and we’ll be happy to check for you. Replace “SMS, WhatsApp, or email” with whichever you actually use, and add your courier name (TCS, Leopards, etc.) if you’d like.

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan. Major cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad may receive them sooner, while remote areas can take a little longer. Delivery times may also vary during sale periods and holidays like Eid. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share your tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

At the moment, we deliver only within Pakistan. We’re working on international shipping and will announce it as soon as it’s available. Follow us on social media to stay updated.

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll update or cancel it for you. Once the order has been dispatched, changes and cancellations are no longer possible, but you may be eligible to return or exchange it under our return policy.

We want you to love your abaya. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, contact us with your order number and a few photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Once approved, we’ll arrange the exchange or refund for you.

Yes. Your payment details are handled through secure, trusted payment gateways, and we never store your card information on our website. If you prefer, you can also choose Cash on Delivery and pay when your order arrives. For any concerns about your payment, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
